Step 1 : Search any of your desire video

now add &fmt=18 end of the url and it looks like this: (optional)

well &fmt=18 use to play high defination video becoz youtube use two video formats one is default flv, some blurry and might having low sound and second one is mp4 video which is comparatively gud then the default one
Step 2 : once video start buffering convert above URL

convert to :
http://www.youtube.com/watch/v/ZsBfPhtSWl8&fmt=18
what exactly i do is, i changed watch?v=Zs to watch/v/Zs
it will bring FLV Player to whole screen and your URL will change to

Step 3 : this is also a tricky part,

I only change /swf/l.swf?swf=http%3A/ to /get_video?swf=http%3A/
and your video begin download
Actully i replace swf/l.swf to get_video and after that you can use any download accelarator to download your youtube video
