Open it up and follow these screenshots...
Click apply and ok, Now follow these screen shots...
Right click the file like i did with the one in Utorrent and follow the screenshot...
Right click logger, Go into the box and follow the screenshot...
Your done, You have just tweaked uTorrent too get the best speeds!
